Providing a calm environment
Harley Aesthetics Dundee endevour to provide you with an environment which is tranquil and conductive to relaxation. We do not allow children under the age of 16 to be treated in the clinic unless written permission from parent or guardian. We do not accept responsibility for children left unattended in reception area.
Contraindications and Cautious conditions
Each treatment comes with its own cautious conditions and contraindications which will be fully explained to you at your consultation. There is a duty from the client to inform your practitioner of any medical condition or change of medical condition in follow up treatments. No claims can be made by any client if failure to inform has occured.
Possible complications
Each treatment comes with its own possible complications and will be discussed fully at your consultation. No claims can be made against Harley Aesthetics Dundee after giving consent to treatment for any occuring complications. i.e. (not exhaustive) redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, itching,light headedness, nauseau.rash,
Treatment and symptoms relief of conditions
Each treatment comes with its own benefits and clients respond differently to treatments. Your practitioner will assess, and use their knowledge and experience as to the most suitable treatment. Each client responds differently and depending on condition and response to treatment may require more treatments. We may advise on combination treatments for maximum benefits. No guarantee is given by your practitioner involved in the treatment delivery and is by no way a cure for presenting conditions. We endevour to aid the clients ill health condition to improvement and possible health benefits.
Treatment cost / Payment
A breakdown of treatment cost will be discussed at consultation. Consultations are free. This is indictive and not exhaustive due to the possible combination treatments and extra products used at time of treatment. Certain fees we ask for a deposit which is refundable from treatment cost. Harley Aesthetics Dundee accept all major credit/debit cards. Cheques are accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card. There is a 2.0% surcharge with all credit cards which will be added to the final cost of treatment.
Complaints/ Refunds
Harley Aesthetics Dundee takes complaints seriously and will always be investigated with prompt response. We delight in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goal. Making the person feel great inside and out is our ultimate goal and are passionate about our cleints returning.
No refunds are offered on any treatments not taken. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can be used against any treatment or products. Gift vouchers cannot be exchaged for cash or replaced if lost. Out of date gift vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please arrive for your appointment 10min prior to your appointment time in order to complete our medical questionnaire. This is greatly appreciated, likewise we will try to run on time to the best of our ability. In the event of lateness to your appointment we will be happy to provide the remaining portion of allocated treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
It is our aim to ensure that we accomodate our clients as much as possible. We understand on occasion life may present unforseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending your appointment. It is with this in mind that we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24hour notice so that we may offer to another client. We require 48 hours notice for all anti wrinkle injection treatments that have a confirmed booking. Failure will result in a charge of £50
We require credit/debit card details at time of booking or cash deposit of £50 on all non-surgical treatments to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your treatment price.
Course of Treatments
Payment must be made in advance for all courses of treatments to qualify for discounts. Payment cannot be paid over several treatments.
Mobile Phones
For your own relaxation and that of others we ask you to kindly refrain from using them within the treatment area or clinic reception area.
