For maximum reults we recommend that you should begin an Epionce Skin Care Program at least 2-4 weeks prior to the procedure. Not only will the skin be healthier in general, but you will see faster results that will be maintained longer. A series of 2-6 peel procedures may be necessary to see maximum desired results applied every 2-5 weeks. However treatments may be fewer or more depending on your preference. A maintenance peel every 2-4 months may also be beneficial depending on your needs.

When will I see results?

Will my skin peel?

How do I care for my skin after the procedure?
The Epionce Skin Barrier Repair Kit provides immediate post peel regimen, and all of your post care steps are included in the kit. After your peel series is complete, we will assist you with selecting the right Epionce home products that will help keep your skin looking great.
Do I need to use Epionce at home?
Taking good care of your skin is a team effort between you and your skin care expert. Optimum results from the peel come from a combination of your Epionce home care program and peel series. using Epeionce products daily builds barrier strength and protection, and prepares your skin for better healing after a peel.
Things to consider pre and post procedure peel
Avoid shaving treated area with a razor on the morning of the procedure
Avoid prolonged sun exposure post peel
Yu may experience some stinging and tightness post procedure which usually subsides in 24-48 hours.
Prior to skin sloughing, skin may darken temporarily due to abnormal desquamation, generally 1-2 days post peel. Skin will begin peeling process approximately 2- 4 days post procedure. It is common to expect some skin discolouration dryness and flaking, usually around the nose and lips. Medical barrier cream is given post procedure to relieve those symptoms.
Do not pick at or peel the affected area, or scarring may occur.
Post procedure make-up may be worn immediately such as Colourscience 100% pure mineral make-up.
No hair removal treatments or similar procedures(waxing, depilators) should be performed for at least 48 hours following th epeel. If no signs of irritation are present, you may shave treated area 24 hours post procedure.
